Our mentoring initiatives offers the opportunity to WIN-Pittsburgh members the ability to mentor the young aspiring women of Girls Hope. Our second phase of the project, will allow high caliber business women the ability not only to become a mentor to other professional women, but also reach out to our vast membership base to find a mentor within various fields of expertise. Our third phase will include the opportunity to match your interests to volunteer opportunities of your choosing.

WIN-Pittsburgh is a NAFE (National Association for Female Executives) affiliated women’s group that offers networking with a purpose. We are like-minded corporate women seeking the opportunity to engage and grow both personally and professionally. |

Member Directories will allow each member the opportunity to reach out to other members. We respect the privacy of our members and allow only members to access this information. Members will also be able to post calendar events on our business calendar and send e-invitations to our members.
Members only events such as summer mixers, members only meetings and other specially hosted events allow members the opportunity to meet like-minded professional women. These events may be corporate sponsored so as to allow our members the opportunities to attend on a reduced price or at no charge.
Member Spotlight—every month a member of WIN-Pittsburgh will be featured on the front page of www.winpitt.org and receive a special eIntroduction to all of our members.
